  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven ability to engage and motivate pupils
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the Primary curriculum
  • Be reflective, ambitious, and committed to ongoing professional development
  • Show optimism and high aspirations for pupil achievement
  • Champion a culture of consistency, respect, and high expectations
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK primary schools
  • A solid understanding of the national curriculum and effective classroom practice
  • An enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new check
