- Define and manage a pipeline of strategic pursuits and tenders
- Champion CRM best practices (Dynamics) across the PI Audit practice
- Partner with audit leaders and marketing to shape go-to-market plans
- Lead account management for priority targets, qualifying opportunities early
- Monitor KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for BD activity
- Build a BD community and identify training needs across the team
- Collaborate across service lines to develop compelling propositions
- Proven experience in professional services, ideally within an accountancy firm
- Strong background in BD and account management in the FTSE 350 space
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce)
- A proactive, resilient mindset with the ability to work independently
