This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned professional passionate about shaping the future of the built environment through innovative technology solutions.About the RoleThe Associate Director will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary technology projects, driving business development, and mentoring a high-performing team. Working closely with experts in digital strategy, smart cities, digital twins, and data analytics, the successful candidate will help clients realise their digital vision—from city master planning to building fit-outs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery across the technology discipline, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute the discipline’s growth strategy.Engage with clients to develop bespoke digital strategies and technology roadmaps.Promote smart building and smart city technologies, integrating them into architectural and engineering designs.Manage bids, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.Represent the discipline in industry forums and contribute to thought leadership.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a technology expert in the built environment, with a strong track record in ICT infrastructure delivery and digital transformation.
