We're looking for a cheerful and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Runcorn.About the Role:As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping deliver nutritious and tasty meals to a diverse group of individuals. You'll contribute to maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen and support the wider team in ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals in line with the daily menu.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Help with serving food and beverages.
  • Support the kitchen team with general duties to ensure efficient service.
  • Ensure food is stored safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
What We're Looking For:
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • An in-date Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
