I'm recruiting for a fast-growing food manufacturer looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer to help build, maintain, and future proof their production playground.This is more than nuts, bolts and belts. It’s about building something from the ground up. You’ll get stuck into shaping the workshop, spec and source parts, and helping scale a business with huge ambition and even bigger machinery.PPM and reactive maintenance on conveyors, chillers, mixers and packersFix breakdowns fast and keep things flowing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentSupport installations, upgrades and automation projects as they scale upHelp establish and evolve a preventative maintenance programmeCollaborate across Production, QA and Ops teamsContinuous improvement, safety and reliabilityContribute to audits, process trials and shiny new equipment rolloutsQualifications & Skills:FMCG or food manufacturing experience in a multi-skilled roleStrong across both mechanical and electricalHands-on knowledge of sensors, VFDs, PLC controlled systemsSkilled with hand tools, welding/grinding/drilling for machine modsSharp eye for detail and a fixer’s mind set — if something’s off, you’re alre
