- Programming, setting, and operating a range of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenheim)
- Accurately setting machines right first time
- Carrying out self-inspection of work to ensure quality
- Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing machining techniques
- Maintaining alignment with company core values
- Mentoring apprentices
- Carrying out any other tasks in line with your skills and experience as needed
- Knowledge and adherence to ISO9001:2015 compliance
- Knowledge of 5S methodology
- Annual salary up to £35226 per annum
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
