- Update data trackers to reflect an accurate position of the European operational business.
- Support programme delivery by helping to implement new technology, deploy systems and resolve country-nuanced issues.
- Support the rollout and adoption of operational training including Property Management, Property Experience and Hospitality training.
- Assist in the co-ordination of pan-European team connections.
- Provide numerical analysis and prepare presentations for annual business plan reporting.
- Draft documents and presentations for internal/external use.
- Support the Living sector Operational Teams in policy creation and adoption of data analytic tools.
- Liaise with country teams to collate information.
- Join cross-functional team meetings to observe internal collaboration and strategy.
- Support the business development part of Management Services team on the sales activities and analysis.
- Studied or are studying towards a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Business Process, Sustainability or Real Estate.
- No prior real estate experience is required, however a strong interest in the field and willingness to learn are fundamental.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive and autonomous approach.
- Able to manage different tasks under pressure.
- Excellent command of English (particularly written).
- Second language non-essential but preferred.
