- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
- Ideally, experience within a franchised dealership environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to liaise effectively between customers and workshop staff
- Good knowledge of service, repair, and warranty procedures
- Organised and able to keep customers updated on vehicle progress
