IP PartnerBristol10+ PQE (guide only)Our client, a prestigious UK Top 20 law firm with a global presence and teams spanning the US and UK, in in search of a Partner to contribute to continued growth and success of their intellectual property team.The successful candidate can expect to be an integral and key member of the team, responsible for:
  • Handling a comprehensive range of IP work encompassing both contentious and non-contentious aspects. This will involve managing matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating agreements, overseeing assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements research and development agreements and more.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US.
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst serving as a knowledgeable resource for and IP expertise.
  • Actively engaging in business development and client interactions to enhance both team and personal reputation as an IP specialist.
Whilst a following is not mandatory, it is desirable.
