About the Role As part of the school's dedicated SEN provision, you will play a key role in helping children succeed both in their learning and personal development. Each day, you'll be helping pupils to grow in confidence, communication, and independence. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and learning activities Encouraging independence, social interaction, and self-esteem Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes What We're Looking For Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school or care settings) Confidence working across age groups from EYFS to KS2 A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (support provided) A calm, patient, and adaptable approach with a genuine passion for inclusive education Why Join This School?
