
B2B Mobile Cluster Lead - Product Operations & GTM

- Lead the execution of B2B Mobile products and customer projects within the assigned cluster, translating strategic direction from the Central B2B Mobile team into effective local action.
- Oversee and optimize the operational performance of the B2B mobile product portfolio, ensuring products and services meet business goals and customer expectations in all local markets.
- Coordinate with central and in-market teams for end-to-end GTM planning and execution—including testing, launch, inventory, lifecycle management, and sales enablement.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform portfolio decisions and support commercial growth.
- Act as the point of contact between cluster markets and the Central B2B Mobile team, ensuring alignment of with customer needs, sharing of best practices, and proactive risk identification.
- Develop and implement localized launch plans, ensuring effective communication, training, and support for sales and commercial teams.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, and results related to product operations and GTM activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, marketing, technology, customer experience, finance, legal) to ensure smooth product rollouts, operational readiness, and ongoing product support.
- Drive operational efficiency improvements and recommend enhancements to existing processes and tools supporting the B2B mobile portfolio.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in the cluster.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B telecommunications or mobile operations, with significant exposure to product management and GTM execution.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications/B2B mobile market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Salesforce platforms, complex billing platforms (Cerillion, Liberate, Comverse a plus), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of managing complex projects or initiatives across multiple markets, ideally in a matrixed or regional role.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make business cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and coordinate stakeholders at various levels.
- Agile and results-driven, with high organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across cluster markets as required.
