You'll help create positive learning experiences for pupils with additional needs.The Role
  • Deliver SEN support to pupils with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
  • Work 1:1 and in groups to boost achievement and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to improve outcomes.
  • Encourage social and emotional development.
Requirements
  • Experience in schools or SEN settings ideal.
  • Flexible, caring nature with resilience.
  • Communication skills to build trust with pupils and families.
  • Eligbile to work in the UK without any restrictions.
  • Posses an Enhanced child DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad.
  • Minimum GCSE English & Maths.
