- Supporting Area Sales Managers by handling customer enquiries and guiding them from initial contact to final sale.
- Supporting the customer from enquiry to sale, ensuring customers receive the right technical solution.
- Working closely with internal teams, including production, to prepare quotes and ensure smooth processes.
- Provide an excellent customer service by prompt response and follow up action to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Updating internal databases and CRM systems with accurate and up to date customer information and enquiries, to ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
- A strong technical background, ideally in mechanical components (eg pumps, valves, seals, hydraulics, or rotating equipment)
- Experience in fluid handling industries, preferably within the water sector.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple customer enquiries, quotes and internal coordination simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between customers, ASMs, and internal teams.
