- Manage and prioritise the Directors complex schedule, ensuring strategic alignment and minimal conflicts.
- Oversee and triage the Directors inbox; draft responses and escalate high-priority issues appropriately.
- Coordinate national and regional travel and accommodation logistics for senior leaders.
- Act as the first point of contact for high-level communications, including councillors, MPs, and partner agencies.
- Manage complex, high-volume, and politically sensitive correspondence and casework.
- Significant experience providing executive-level support within a politically sensitive or high-profile environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex diaries and communications with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience handling sensitive correspondence, Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and complaints
- Experience handling confidential information in line with GDPR and data protection policies.
- Advanced IT and digital literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
