Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - day shift but must be flexible with shift times
Location: Livingston, EH45 8ASDHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Compliance Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily Transport Compliance requirements.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the transport operation meets DHL's legal and policy requirements for transport compliance
  • Ensure all vehicles are legally compliant with servicing, maintenance and MOT requirements
  • Produce daily/weekly reports on all compliance tasks in line with DHL legal compliance and auditing
  • Manage a fleet of 90-100 vehicles and may be responsible for MHE compliance
  • Manage transport systems to ensure that all servicing and tachograph reports are completed

  • Must have CPC international qualification
  • Must have experience managing an LGV fleet
  • Previous experience within a transport operation with knowledge of transport regulations
  • Experience in managing temperature controlled vehicles preferred
  • Previous management experience desirable
