- Define and maintain the strategic vision and development roadmap for CLM technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders across the business, translating user feedback and operational challenges into clear product enhancements.
- Manage the full product lifecycle - from concept to release - ensuring delivery is timely, on-budget, and prioritised appropriately.
- Work collaboratively across technical and operational teams to define, design, and deliver scalable and user-centred product solutions.
- Oversee the day-to-day health of the platform, managing live service issues and identifying recurring challenges for longer-term resolution.
- Lead change management efforts and contribute to firmwide governance processes related to budgeting, reporting, and project oversight.
- Own product-level risk management activities, from incident resolution to mitigation planning.
- Ensure Agile practices are effectively embedded across the product delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience leading product development within IT, operations, or technology-enabled service environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering solutions through structured Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability, particularly in operational or systems-heavy environments.
- Confident managing competing demands and aligning stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Comfortable operating in high-pace environments, with the ability to remain delivery-focused under pressure.
- Proficient in managing product governance, risk, and change protocols.
- Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of complex workflows, platforms, and regulatory processes (such as those within client onboarding or compliance).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across a diverse set of internal teams.
- Prior experience within financial services or capital markets environments
- Knowledge of client lifecycle management processes and/or associated risk frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe
- Confident presenting to stakeholders at various levels across technical and business domains
- A leadership-level role within a business investing heavily in its Belfast operation
