Social Emotional and Mental Health needs Assistant – Blandford Forum - SEN SchoolPosition: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)Start date: ASAPAre you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences
  • Assist students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating learning environment
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers
What We’re Looking For:
  • A compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in education, childcare, or SEN support is preferable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A positive attitude and a desire to make a difference
