Night Shift Baker | Surbiton | Full Time | Flexible hours between 3:00 pm and 3:00 am, 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday), 45 hours per week including breaks | Starting salary £28,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experienceOur client is a traditional bakery, working with their hands, hearts and passion, using only high quality ingredients. They are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Baker with experience in baking breads, cakes, and pastries. This hands-on role requires both technical skill and the ability to work well within a team. You’ll be working through the night to ensure the products are freshly baked and ready for the day ahead.Are you the right person for the job?
  • Previous experience in baking breads, cakes, and pastries
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends, on a rota
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for traditional baking and high-quality ingredients
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries
  • Following traditional recipes and maintaining high product quality
  • Working efficiently and cleanly in a fast-paced bakery environment
  • Communicating effectively with the bakery team to coordinate production
