Reporting to the Financial Controller and responsible for the Iberian entities as well as working across the wider GL team, this role will perform the activities required to ensure a timely and accurate period-end, maintain the integrity of the balance sheet, processing of journal entries, and other ad hoc duties.Key Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Month end close processes
  • Journal processing
  • SOX and internal controls
  • Working in one of our technical streams (GRNI/Fixed Assets/VAT/Leases)
  • Other ad-hoc duties
We Are Looking ForThe successful applicant will be fluent in Spanish or Italian and have either started, or be looking to start their professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA) and the role will offer study support. You must be well organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to work independently, whilst collaborating with other members of the GL team when required. Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential.
