- Support the creation and review of corporate policies to ensure compliance with organisational standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new policies across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate records of all policy documents and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and feedback on policy drafts.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure policies remain up-to-date with external requirements.
- Prepare reports and summaries on policy developments for senior stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for policy-related meetings and initiatives.
- Respond to internal queries regarding corporate policies and procedures.
- Experience in policy development or a related administrative role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- A strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
