Job Title: PSV MechanicLocation: Weston Super MareEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 2 shift pattern working between the hours of 0600-2000. Saturday work available and on call rota in place with financial incentives.Salary: £31,200-£43,600 dependent on experience plus on call allowanceMDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for PSV Mechanics for our client based in Weston Super Mare.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-owned business who look after their employees and pride themselves as being a leader in their industry.We are looking for candidates with good knowledge of PSV/HGV or Light Vehicle Maintenance in previous roles.Job Description:
  • Carry out routine vehicle inspections to company standards and completing repairs or escalating
  • Dealing with vehicle faults as directed
  • Basic use of diagnostic equipment
  • Escalating any additional faults and repairs that are required
  • Logging details of faults, creating job cards on the FMS
  • Identifying spares required and ensuring they are ordered on time
  • Reporting any technical issues that arise
  • Attending periodic training
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Driving Licence – Cat D an advantage
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer orientated
