- Ensure coordination of changes and technical decision-making across your team
- Work closely with the Customer Success team and the Engineering Manager to ensure clarity on goals and business objectives that need to be achieved
- Monitor automated code reviews of team’s deliverables and take corrective actions to achieve product reliability
- Contribute to our backend/frontend repositories
- Continually improve code quality under coding standards, best practices and through automation and code reviews
- Evaluate overall team and individual performance and participate in performance reviews
- Build, test and ship new (well tested) features
- Integrate 3rd party patient management systems from mental health institutes all around the UK

- 4+ years of experience developing Full-Stack applications with React and NodeJS
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead engineering role
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Strong experience with Typescript
- Strong experience building and shipping production ready code
- Mentoring a team on best engineering practices
- Great design, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and as part of a highly skilled team
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
- Knowledge in AWS services
- Knowledge of MobX state management
