The Role
  • Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
  • Working with Modern kitchen equipment
  • Running your section
  • Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to high AA rosette levels
The Person
  • You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher
  • Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
  • Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
  • Steady Career History
