This is a great opportunity for a motivated Chef de Partie to progress their career with a coastal restaurant in the Southwold area.Working within a brigade of 4, as Chef de Partie you will be a pivotal member of this growing team. The ideal Chef de Partie will be dynamic, motivated and eager to learn from an award winning Head Chef. You will ideally be experienced in all sections and have a flair for creating new and exciting dishes using fresh local produce.
