
Student Recruitment Advisor (Progression) - Greenford

- Making outbound calls to convert existing student into applications for further level of qualification.
- Taking Outreach / Events and all-inclusive community events as our main objective to promote GBS and its courses to increase numbers for each intake.
- Reaching out to existing students who have an interest in progressing for our courses, with the aim of supporting them through the application process, through to enrolment.
- Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
- Travel to other GBS campuses will be required from time to time, in accordance with business need.
- Able to communicate effectively, with empathy, by phone, face to face and in writing.
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
- Commitment to providing a first-class service to students.
- Experience of working positively and effectively with others.
- Able to receive and process information quickly and accurately under time pressure.
- Well-developed skills in organising self (tasks, priorities, and time)
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Detail-oriented and decision-making skills.
