Vines of Guilford is looking for a Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor.Your roleHours: 45 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
Salary: Basic £28,829 & £34,000 including BonusKey Responsibilities:
  • Managing parts enquiries from both retail customers and the workshop, ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements.
  • Processing parts orders, checking availability, and matching orders against stock efficiently.
  • Advising customers on additional parts, accessories, pricing, and lead times, supporting both sales and service opportunities.
  • Communicating proactively with customers to keep them informed throughout the order and service process.
  • Supporting the service function by acting as a key point of contact during a customer's motorcycle service.
  • Keeping customers updated on service progress and professionally resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Finalising service invoices and ensuring customers understand all charges upon collection.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly aftersales experience.
Your profileSkills, Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Confident and professional communicator - in person, over the phone, and in writing
  • Good mechanical and electrical understanding of motorcycles, with a genuine passion for bikes
  • Experience in a customer-facing or parts-related role is an advantage
  • Well-organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
