As you will be working in their home it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.They enjoy a range of home and community based activities, if you hold a FULL UK drivers licence and you enjoy building meaningful relationships then this is the place for you. You will be working split shifts Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 1pm-4pm, the core part of your role will be to support people to their daily activities."Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010"Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a LicenceWhy Join Us?What will we do?We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker.
