What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.We are looking for someone to join our team supporting 13 adults living in their own homes in Market Weighton. As you will be working in their home it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested.They enjoy a range of home and community based activities, if you hold a FULL UK drivers licence and you enjoy building meaningful relationships then this is the place for you. You will be working split shifts Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 1pm-4pm, the core part of your role will be to support people to their daily activities."Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010"Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a LicenceWhy Join Us?What will we do?We will train you in everything you need to be a great Support Worker.
