Learn more about our flexible status at Flexa Careers.About the roleAs GMIS Business Support Partner, you will provide support within the BMT Global Management Information System (GMIS) Business as Usual (BAU) team.Responsibilities include resolving non-technical service desk tickets, providing GMIS (IFS) support to users, and liaising with IT specialists and third-party support.You will support the planning and management of the GMIS helpdesk, deliver timely support to the user community, and assist in the design, development, and maintenance of G-MIS functionality.Other tasks include creating and updating training materials, collaborating with colleagues for system improvements, maintaining documentation, and supporting senior team members as required.You will ensure compliance with operating standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of the GMIS system.BMT is open and committed to discussing flexible working arrangements. There will be occasional requirement.Hours: Part-Time three days per week.
