ROLE SUMMARY:
  • This role reports into an IC Director, and is part of a squad responsible for developing and delivering a programme of effective and inclusive internal communications (IC) to inspire and motivate a global network of employees and contractors in our purpose strategy and culture.
  • Activity will vary from enterprise wide people related communication to guiding corporate functions with their own communications
  • This will suit a passionate , outcome focused and agile IC expert, able to juggle multiple projects
  • You will be a connector, with strong people and influencing skills, and able to join the dots. Creating clarity out of complexity will be core to simple joined-up storytelling and content
  • You'll be able to work at pace, prioritising conflicting priorities where needed and work as an excellent teammate in a broader global IC network
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Working in a team, building and delivering critical communications to support better business outcomes for our People and Corporate Functions teams
  • Delivering activity aligned with our global internal communications strategy, objectives and delivering all comms within the context of a one-LSEG story – using new AI tools where possible
  • Supporting the director of the team to understand priorities and build a strong annual IC approach and supporting activities for each area. This will include clear delineation around self-serve activities and where the IC team will provide advice and support
  • Be guided by our core IC planning tools to support air traffic control
  • Using available tools and technologies to make sure communications are audience-focused, well-planned, data-driven, omnichannel and effective
  • Partnering with other IC leaders to identify IC improvement opportunities to drive consistency and quality, share lessons and adopt new more effective ways of communicating.
  • Interpreting the impact and success of all IC activities and demonstrate continuous improvement
  • Supporting a high-performance team and coaching those who are less experienced
  • Living and role modelling the LSEG values of integrity, partnership, excellence and change every day, both in the way we lead and through our communications approaches and materials. This includes delivering content and activity that is in our tone of voice and in line with global IC principles
  • Making sure we take the lead on risk in everything we do

  • Proficiency in digital channels and crafting impactful content across digital and non-digital channels
