We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Panel Beater to join the Bodyshop team at a reputable Main Dealer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a modern, well-equipped Workshop environment that offers excellent benefits, no weekend work, and realistic bonus potential.Key Responsibilities For a Panel Beater:
- Carry out high-quality repairs to vehicles including panel replacement, filler work, dent removal, and realignment
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out work to manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately, meeting bodyshop productivity targets
- Work closely with estimators and paint technicians to ensure seamless workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment at all times
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a dealership or Accident repair centre
- ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Basic salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Efficiency bonus - earn up to an additional £6,000 per year
