Civil Litigation Solicitor, 1+ year PQE, West Yorkshire, to c£45,000 (DOE) - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join the growing team of a highly regarded, successful West Yorkshire law firm. JOB REF:1012.THE ROLE:
  • A unique opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to work in a supportive team, where a healthy work life balance is encouraged
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of litigation cases that will include employment, boundary and property disputes, debt recovery, misrepresentation, contested trusts and probate, commercial and TOLATA matters.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • We are seeking applications from Solicitors with at least 1 year's PQE in civil litigation.
  • We also welcome applications from recently qualified solicitors who have gained substantial civil litigation experience during their training contracts.
  • You will have a broad knowledge of civil litigation law
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with confidence
  • Excellent client care skills and a professional, personable approach
