As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry.Overview:Reporting into the Global Director Store Design & Visual Merchandising, this role will execute renders and plans for new store openings across Retail and Wholesale, and also assist in the execution of Visual Merchandising displays including but not limited to Window designs, Pop Ups and Instore Props. This role is to deliver all projects on time, in budget, to agreed brand design and quality standards and in line with best practice, and compliant to Health and Safety standards, building regulations and landlord requirements. Whilst following the Stella McCartney visual language.This is a 12 month fixed term contract as a maternity cover, starting in December 2025.Your Mission:Execution, design, development and implementation of Stella McCartney stores worldwide.Support the design and development of new showroom/ office spaceDevelop design intent packs for external partners on the execution of store globally.Review and approve specific drawings from 3rd party partners within the rollout process.Assist with negotiating with key suppliers, contractors, calendar management across all design and construction projects.Ensuring designs are cost-effective, in line with Budget and sustainable.Assist in reviewing business contracts.Build strong relationships and partner with the project management team.Work closely with the Director of Store Design and Visual Merchandising to ensure adherence to brand language and standard.Relate building design concepts to building codes, zoning ordinances and other external issues.Consult with manufacturers; research and propose materials and products.Prepare and create presentation drawings and/or graphics and otherwise to assist with presentations both internally and externally.Your Talent:Previous architecture design experience in Luxury brands, fit-out project management.
