Our client, a leading international intellectual property specialist are looking to expand their HR department with the addition of a Senior HR Advisor in the Leeds office. This is a very varied role with high levels of responsibility, you will be working as part of a team alongside two other HR advisors and reporting into the HR Director. This position is operating at a similar level to a HRBP in other organisations and the ideal person will have extensive stakeholder management experience, have a good knowledge and understanding of DEI and be able to work closely with Department Heads to offer support and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
