We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join us on a permanent basis, working 25 - 30 hours per week. Your role will cover the full scope of Practice Nurse duties, including:Chronic disease management leading reviews for Asthma, COPD, Hypertension and DiabetesTreatment room responsibilities wound care, cervical cytology, immunisations, travel vaccinations, and health checksHealth promotion and lifestyle advice supporting patients to take an active role in their own health and wellbeingClinical support providing nursing assistance to GPs and other members of the healthcare teamClinical safety checks monitoring and maintaining clinical equipment, carrying out drug checks, ensuring the resuscitation trolley and anaphylaxis kits are always ready and safe to use and stock ordering.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly, supportive practice where your skills and expertise will be truly valued.About usAt Whittington Moor Surgery, we are proud of the strong and supportive culture that runs through our whole team.
