OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Technical Recovery Claims Handler/ Paralegal to join our dedicated motor claims handling team.This role is ideal for candidates with some prior experience in litigated motor claims handling, who are looking to grow their expertise and tackle new challenges. How you'll make an impact
  • Manage a portfolio of litigated motor claims to the highest standards.
  • Conduct negotiations via telephone and correspondence with third parties, insurers, and representatives to achieve prompt settlements.
  • Ensure full compliance with office protocols, client service level agreements, key performance indicators, and The Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Maintain 100% data integrity within the office case management system.
  • Provide technical support to the recovery department, including handling litigation queries and reviewing/approving litigation documents.
  • Maximise legal cost revenue on higher-value claims for technical handlers.
About You
  • Experience in motor claims handling, particularly with litigated claims
  • Strong ability to work independently while also thriving in a team setting.
  • A proactive approach to achieving results and maintaining exemplary standards.
