- Establishes strong partner executive relationships and leverages partner capabilities to facilitate significant growth in Epicor opportunities via services and additional software needs.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Work to identify and develop channel partners.
- Create strategic sales plan on an annual basis and review status at the end of each quarter.
- Research and build a pipeline of strategic and alliance partners to continuously prospect.
- Negotiate contracts to establish formal partnerships with partners
- Achievement of strategic sales service objectives defined by management.
- Identifies, recruits, enables, and supports distributors and resellers.
- Remaining up-to-date with industry trends and developments and leading implementation of new processes as a result.
- Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important.
- Flexible and comfortable with constant change; ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent technology skills including MS Office, Salesforce and other technology tools.
- Ability to negotiate
- 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- 2+ years of specialized/industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
