Cover Supervisor – Loughborough & Surrounding AreasAre you a graduate looking to gain classroom experience? Do you have a passion for education and the confidence to engage with young people?GSL Education is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Loughborough and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching or those with experience working with young people in a school, sports coaching, or tutoring setting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
  • Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress.
Requirements:
  • Graduate-level education (preferred).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.
  • Some experience working with young people in a formal or informal setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in leading a classroom and maintaining discipline.
  • A genuine passion for education and student development.
