- Support pupils to access learning across EYFS and primary phases
- Assist with behaviour regulation, communication, and social development
- Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver personalised support
- Provide one-to-one or small group interventions where require
- Carry out elements of personal care with dignity and professionalism
- Monitor pupil progress and communicate observations to the wider team
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Patience, empathy, and an emotionally intelligent approach to behaviour
- A commitment to promoting an inclusive, safe, and engaging classroom
- Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a specialist environment
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) and two professional references
