Residential Property Lawyer - BristolChadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join them in their Bristol offices.The successful candidate can expect to handle the full spectrum of residential property transactions from inception to post completion including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. In addition, you will assist senior members with high-net-worth transactions, shared ownership, and new build developments.You will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a conveyancing team.What can you expect in return?
