- Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g. check off, put away orders ,stock control, ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions.
- Complying with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice.
- Seeking opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.
- Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimized.
- Assisting with over-the-counter sales.
- Observing confidentiality and to refraining from disclosing such information to a third party.
- Tailoring conversations with every customer, ensuring they leave your pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs, including over the telephone.

- You will have at least a Diploma Level 2 Dispensary or equivalent pharmacy services qualification or working towards and have completed the first year of an MPharm course at University.
- Completed a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent.
