Rate: £30.00 – £37.00 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 60-minute unpaid break)We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Band 7 Senior Pharmacist to join our client across sites in Epsom and Sutton. The successful candidate must be willing to work cross-site and will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines across both sites. You will provide expert clinical input, support junior pharmacy staff, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing prescriptions, advising on medication management, liaising with medical and nursing teams, and contributing to service development initiatives. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, participate in audits, and promote best practice in all aspects of pharmaceutical care.Qualifications and Experience:
  • GPhC registration
  • Master’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Significant post-registration experience in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work across multiple sites
