Pure Search are partnered with a Technology business in London, looking to hire an International Tax Manager to report into the Head of Tax.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to OECD Pillar II implementation and compliance, including preparation for the first reporting cycle in late 2026.
  • Respond to and resolve a high volume of ad-hoc international tax queries, providing clear technical guidance to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement a Pillar II reporting tool, ensuring accurate and efficient data capture and reporting.
  • Support strategic planning and team development efforts, including mentoring junior team members and contributing to succession planning
  • Provide expertise on transfer pricing (TP) matters; strong TP knowledge is highly desirable for supporting upcoming projects.
  • Proactively manage workload and resource allocation across multiple concurrent international tax initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure international tax compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
  • 2-4 years PQE
  • No Visa Sponsorship
  • Working knowledge and experience of Transfer Pricing principles
The role is paying up to £80,000 + 10% bonus, 2 days a week in London.
