In this role, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of residential development matters, including site acquisitions, planning agreements, section 106 agreements, and other related property transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with developers, housing associations, and local authorities, providing expert advice and ensuring smooth progression of development projects.   • Qualified solicitor with proven experience in residential development law
