Together, we can achieve great things and make a lasting impact.Job PurposeWorking as part of the engineering team to produce and approve engineering work packages for severe service valves and repair intelligence projects produced in the UK and India.Key Accountabilities
  • Utilising Severns best practice and experiences to translate product concepts and customer requirements into viable design solutions
  • Create detailed technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing, including assembly drawings and BOM's
  • Ensuring that designs comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements, such as API and ASME.
  • Complete design calculations to meet PED / Technical requirements
  • Selection of the right materials and components for durability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Guaranteeing deadlines are met to ensure the success of development projects.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Checking of design packages produced in the UK and India for UK manufacture
  • Giving guidance to Design engineer.
  • Review and clarify the technical content of sales orders, develop instructions and clarifications for design input.
