- Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements
- Support on intellectual property licensing and brand-related agreements.
- Handle ancillary legal work including NDAs, MOUs, supplier agreements and due diligence processes.
- Provide day-to-day legal and strategic support to commercial teams and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain contract records and assist with contract management processes.
- Carry out legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Have qualified at a leading law firm (ideally in commercial or corporate law) and are 1-4 years PQE.
- Bring strong drafting and negotiation skills and enjoy working on complex commercial arrangements.
- Are adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal colleagues.
- Have a strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of workstreams.
- Are genuinely interested in sport, entertainment, or global events.
