- 12 months+ experience in recruitment, with a proven record of managing high-value accounts and delivering exceptional results in specialist or professional sectors.
- Demonstrable business development skills, including a proactive and strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a consultative mindset that aligns with both client and candidate priorities.
