
Receptionist/Site Assistant - Fixed Term Contract

- Being the first point of contact for the site at Dunbar; this will include welcoming visitors and conducting basic checks
- Ensuring induction for all visitors and compliance with site security procedures
- General office administration and support for site
- Supporting with administration of projects and initiatives
- Organising and supporting the provision of training
- Providing ad hoc support to the wider site as required
- Contributing to and supporting the health and safety culture onsite, including being an ambassador
- Maintenance of records, long-service awards, organising and supporting health surveillance on site
- Handling and processing of purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
- General administration experience
- Knowledge of a fast-moving working environment
- Working independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills with attention to detail
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
