Warehouse Manager - Dukinfield
Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Dukinfield facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in warehouse management to take ownership of a busy and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times
  • Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory logistics role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
