- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UK-based manufacturing or industrial HSE management role.
- AET/PTLLS or similar training qualifications desirable.
- Experience overseeing remote teams or field-based service operations a strong advantage.Technical & Legal Expertise- Deep understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Strong background in risk assessment, ISO systems (45001/14001), incident investigation, and compliance management.
- Familiarity with Lean/6Sigma tools is a plus.Leadership & Communication- Able to engage effectively with employees at all levels—from shop floor to boardroom.
- Skilled at balancing operational realities with safety expectations.
- Persuasive communicator capable of leading change and influencing without authority.Analytical & Personal Attributes- Methodical and structured in investigations, documentation, and corrective action planning.
- Approachable, decisive, and calm under pressure.
