Job Title: Humanities TeacherSchool: SENDLocation: Westbury, WiltshirePay: £24,420 - £36,300 per annum dependent on qualifications and experienceThe School and RoleWe would love to hear from inspirational, motivational Teachers who are able to deliver Humanities lessons up to GCSE level at a secondary SEND school.You will be teaching pupils aged 11 – 18 who have social and emotional needs. The school provides a holistic approach to education with an emphasis on outdoor learning. You will ensure all pupils develop their knowledge and skills and make good progress in their learning.
  • QTS is preferable but consideration will be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications and experience.
  • Specialism in Humanities is essential.
Start date: as soon as possible. This can be a long-term or a permanent position.RequirementsThe ideal Teacher will have:
  • Some experience of supporting pupils with SEMH
  • Subject specialist knowledge (Humanities)
  • QTS is preferable but consideration will be given to education professionals with other teaching qualifications and experience
